Dewdrop Institute Enugu officially welcomed its July 2025 cohort with a warm, practical-for-success induction moderated by Ms. Nkemka Nwobu and led by Ms. Kobi Ikpo. The session set clear expectations for learners across Global Hospitality, Professional Care Service (PCS), Corporate Support, and short/artisanal courses, while reinforcing Dewdrop’s culture of excellence and social impact.

Programme spotlights
- Professional Care Service (PCS): With Dr. (Mrs.) Martina Eze, learners explored caregiver roles, empathy, communication, ethics, and professional conduct—plus a roadmap of assessments and career opportunities.
- Global Hospitality & Short Courses: Mrs. Brenda Orikiriza introduced the 9-month hospitality pathway (or modular diplomas) and practical short courses (Conference Executives, Event Management, Protocol & Logistics, Tour/Exhibition Guides, Food & Beverage Service). Study + internship was encouraged to deepen real-world experience.
- Corporate Support (PA/AA/EA): Ms. Kobi Ikpo highlighted technical skills paired with soft-skill essentials—communication, ethics, professionalism—and the Dewcare “Learn & Earn” pathway for standout performers.
Learner experience
A facility tour led by Ms. Nkemka Nwobu showcased our calm, conducive campus. Inductees loved the kitchen (hello, meal-planning practicals!) and the well-equipped “Butterfly Room.” Learners also completed the Myers-Briggs personality test to support teamwork and self-awareness.
Mr. Maxwell Odimkpa outlined QA expectations (attendance, internships, assignments, exams, practicals) and the integrity required for assessments and the Portfolio of Evidence.
Mr. John Iweha introduced the Affiliate Marketing Programme—open to all enrolled learners—with quarterly-tracked earnings and recognition for top referrers.
