Dewdrop Institute primary Health & Social Care training programs are focused on Child care, Elderly care, Home-care and Hospitality services. Our target market include youths, nurses, teachers and teachers’ Aides, School Owners, family members, non-professional Caregivers such as nannies and domestic staff, and other members of the public who have the interest, passion, and aptitude for professional care-giving and service delivery especially for the vulnerable members of our society.
SENIOR/ELDERLY CARE PROGRAM:
Dewdrop Institute training programs also encapsulates the impartation of skills required to cater for the frail and elderly, as well as the sick or infirmed. Dewdrop Caregivers (graduands) provide a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their homes. These services generally fall under three categories: Companionship, Home Helper, and Personal Care.
CHILDCARE PROGRAM: (for new-born and under-five year olds)
Dewdrop organizes childcare skill empowerment training programmes for individuals intending to build a career in the sector and also for existing Caregivers willing to expand their scope of knowledge, skills and capacity. We work with Paediatricians, Paediatric nurses, Nursery nurses, Dieticians, Health/Safety officers, School Owners, Teachers & Teachers’ Assistants, Stimulation/play therapists and other relevant professionals to establish and implement the training program and ensure top quality standard in service delivery.
HOME CARE/MANAGEMENT PROGRAM:
At Dewdrop Institute we educate and produce professional and well-equipped Care givers with adequate physical and intellectual capacity to deliver top-notch services to clients in their home environment.
